(Stock Code: 300266), was established in 1992 as a professional manufacturer, service provider, and system integrator of filter press equipment. Located in Linping District, Hangzhou, the company covers a total area of 176 mu (approximately 11.7 hectares) with a production workshop spanning over 70,000 square meters.

I. Procurement Requirements

1.1 Procurement Specifications

One (1) 20kW CNC fiber laser cutting machine (gantry mobile type) is required, with a processing format of 12,000 mm × 2,500 mm. The machine will primarily be used for cutting metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

Carbon Steel > 60 mm

Stainless Steel > 40 mm

II. Bidder Qualification Requirements

2.1 Legal Independence

Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and demonstrate corresponding capabilities in personnel, equipment, and funds. Borrowing qualifications or subcontracting is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Relevant Experience

Bidders must have at least three (3) cases of sales and调试 (commissioning) of identical equipment, along with relevant industry-specific qualifications. Historical performance records must be provided, including sales contracts and acceptance reports.

2.3 Legal and Ethical Compliance

Bidders must comply with national laws and regulations, maintain a good reputation and business ethics, and have no history of bribery, tax evasion, fraud, major economic disputes, or smuggling crimes.

2.4 Contract Fulfillment Capacity

Bidders must demonstrate the ability to fulfill the contract and a strong track record of contract performance.

2.5 Production and Technical Capabilities

Bidders must possess the necessary production facilities and technical expertise to execute the contract.
